We all have different goals when it comes to our fitness and overall health.  But do you know how to get there?  Do you fully understand the exercises you are performing, their purpose, the ultimate results you can expect?  Do you understand how your diet can help or hinder you?  Once you partner with The Firm U, we will  get you there effectively and safely.  No matter what your goals are, trainers at The Firm U will put you on the track to success.

Choose “The Effect” program that best describes your fitness goals.

The Conditioned Effect
Improve your health, increase your strength, stamina and energy levels. This program is designed to make you feel better, look better and improve your self confidence.

The Lean Effect
Get muscle tone while losing body fat through nutrition, resistance training and cardio exercise.

The Muscle Effect
This program is design to get you stronger and put on lean muscle size.

The Sports Effect
Enhance strength, speed, balance.  Designed specify for athletes ready to excel in their sport.

Personal Training - How It Works
-Client and trainer will discuss goals and agree upon a plan of action.
-Scheduled workout sessions are agreed upon.

-Each session is one (1) hour.

-Goal adherence.  Client exercise programs are documented and monitored for progress by your personal trainer. 

Once a week your progress will be evaluated with feedback and guidance from your personal trainer.  One tool we utilize to measure progress is a Body Composition Analyzer/Scale . This system is designed specifically for  healthcare and fitness providers.  The scale method of measurement is BIA (bio-electrical impedance analysis).  For an example of the readout given to clients, please click the thumbnail below:

-Nutritional Intake Evaluation.  Many people sabotage their efforts by making poor nutritional choices.  We will help you evaluate your nutritional intake and coach you on a healthy meal plan to reach your particular goal.  Each program is individualized whether your goal is build muscle, increase endurance, or weight loss.

-Inspiration/Motivation. The vast majority of people won't continue with pursing a healthy lifestyle on their own.  They become unmotivated from lack of results.  Working towards your goals when bored is a surefire way to find reasons not to continue.  We will keep you focused on your goals, keep you inspired and motivated.  Workouts are never the same to keep you motivated!

-Safety.  We will teach you how to use exercise equipment properly and efficiently.  Injuries can occur from improper use of equipment and even from holding your body in an incorrect position when exercising.
