THE ASSESSMENT

Your assessment will consist of:

You will need about 1 HOUR

You will need to wear WORK OUT CLOTHES

You will need to bring COMPLETED ASSESSMENT/MEDICAL HISTORY FORMS; and 3 to 4 DAYS of a DIET JOURNAL.

Your body composition will be measured using a state of the art bio-electric impedance scale.  You will be able to see just how much of each component (fat, water, muscle) your body weight consists of NOT just an arbitrary number on a bathroom scale.

Hiring a trainer is the best decision you will ever make.  You will make progress faster and more efficiently than you could on your own.  You will be making major lifestyle changes that will require a deliberate, successfully executed plan.
