The Firm U Private Studio Officially will Re-open on Monday May 18th, 2020 pending any changes from Gov. Abbott. I will be contacting my current clients individually; I am accepting new clients at this time for slots I have available! I train one Client at a time in a safe, clean, sterile studio environment, NOT A CROWED, SWEATY, SMELLY GYM!
The Firm U is a Private Personal Training Studio that will open Monday May 18th with regular hours, pending any changes from Gov. Abbott. We will be conforming to the CDC, Federal and State recommendations for the protection of the Coronavirus pandemic. I will be taking temperatures as you walk in, masks & gloves are optional, I will provide them. I am the owner and the only trainer. I see anywhere from 6 to 10 clients a day, one-on-one training all day long. I train my clients in a fully functional private studio with no crowds. I have brand new Nautilus fitness equipment. I wipe down the equipment after each client leaves. I also provide bottled water and clean towels!Gray
