Customized Pricing – Call to Discuss Pricing

The first step with our personal training program and pricing is to schedule a private fitness assessment and consultation meeting. At that time, we establish your personalized health & fitness goals and review your current medications and physical limitations. 

People have different health & fitness goals, they are seldom not the same, neither are our prices. Pricing is determined by several considerations; gender, body fat percentage, lifestyle, and availability of days times to train, are the biggest factors. Several affordable options will be presented to get you to your health & fitness goals, like several of our past and current satisfied clients.

Lab Work

* Life Extension Blood Test Only – $750

Includes cost of the Life Extension/Lab Corp. lab test, an hour lab review appointment with Ray Bessette. If its determined that RX prescriptions are needed to be written, an hour appointment with the doctor will be ordered. That is an extra $750 for the doctor’s review appointment. This price doesn’t include the cost of the RX prescriptions or supplements themselves.

* All follow-up appointments – $750

Includes cost of the Life Extension/Lab Corp. lab test, a one-hour lab review doctor’s appointment, with the writing of RX prescriptions or supplements (if needed). This price doesn’t include the cost of the RX prescriptions or supplements themselves.

* New Clients, Includes Doctor Assessment – $1,500

Includes the cost of the Life Extension/Lab Corp. lab test, a (1) hour lab review doctor’s appointment with writing of RX prescriptions or supplements (if needed). This price doesn’t include the cost of the RX prescriptions or supplements themselves or the 3-month follow-up lab test.

*  You are responsible for submitting any charges to your health insurance provider
